Liability is a fast-paced, high-energy party game made up of questions, dares, nostalgic games, challenges, punishments and rewards.
Most cards are based on classic games you grew up playing - but with a chaotic twist. No boring filler cards. No repeats. Just the best of the best, all in one deck.
You won’t get through the whole thing - no one ever has.

HOW TO PLAY:
Pick a card. Each one is different - but you’re always in control of what happens next.
• Some cards are 1v1 games - like a thumb war, trivia battle, or quick challenge. You choose who to face off with. Loser takes the punishment
(a shot, hot sauce, a dare - you choose).
• Some cards are Truth, Dare, or Shot style - you pick someone, ask the question, or serve the dare. If they refuse, they drink (or take whatever punishment you set).
• Other cards are group games or votes -
like “Beer or Wine” where everyone chooses, and whoever’s in the minority takes the hit.
You don’t need a set of rules - just the cards and some creativity.
Games can go quick, or one card might last an hour depending on the chaos it causes.
That’s the fun of it.
There’s also a QR code included that links to a full index of instructions, how-tos, and example gameplay - if you want to keep it organised.

Liability is marketed as a drinking game, but it does NOT require alcohol.
You can replace punishments or rewards with literally anything:
• Whipped cream to the face
• Sour shots
• Truth bombs
• Dance dares
• Or whatever suits your group
